Return Policy

We accept return for the reasonable reason within 7 days after delivery date (the date you received your package). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please take a note that customers will afford the shipping fee of return for non-quality issues.

Additional non-returnable items:

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Exchanges

We only replace items under defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it, please contact our Customer Service at cs@kukumim.com.

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

We will issue a full refund or replacement when the cost is caused by Kukumim

The loss and responsibility should be covered on your end when delivery failed due to your reasons.

- Inexactly or wrong provided shipping information.

- Unsuccessfully delivery due to the receipt is nor home.

- Refusal to pay taxes levied by customs in the destination country in accordance with local laws, resulting in the destruction or loss of the parcel.
